We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to receive, count and stock incoming shipments. Small business, working closely with employees to insure accurate information.

Receiving task and responsibilities:

· Count and check all boxes/packages being received and signed for from carriers; USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc.

· File claims with carriers.

· Comparing packing lists to company purchase orders and ensuring that the products in each delivery match the packing list.

· Accurately perform the RMA procedure when receiving in returned product from customers.

· Properly accounting for the location of incoming goods.

· Stock inventory.

· Process backorders.

· Assist with loading and unloading trucks. Schedule truck shipments, UPS, and FedEx as needed.

· Packaging products to send/return to vendors and filling out any paperwork necessary.

· Perform necessary inventory transfers and inventory adjustments when needed.

· Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.

· Occasionally use sit-down forklift or pallet jack to move product in warehouse.

· Ability to lift at least 30 pounds

The hours are Monday through Friday 10:00AM to 3:00PM.

Part time position currently that can lead into a full time position.
